I've never really built before because it was never my style and my friend would always built for me but I'm trying to get better at it slowly by myself
Looks super great hard to even find stuff that could be improved. Maybe blocks below carpets instead of torches but I see you are already tackling that issue with lanterns

It is really pretty! Maybe some leaves along the ground for bigger bushes, and at the top lake a big rock or something like a fountain where the water comes from, as if there’s an underground source. Also! Trapdoor of your choice, i recommend warped on the water’s surface, and then place a coral fan on top of it, to make a flowering lily-pad. You can put azalea leaves on the mini azalea plants for a small tree. Mud or muddy-roots at the bottom of the lake if you want it more realistic, unless its meant to be a clear lake. Also, though better with wider waterfalls, put a few rocks/stuck fallen trees at the edge of the water fall. I do these and they work out beautifully. You can also alternate moss blocks between green wool, though that can be a bit expensive if you don’t have the farms. And flowers, both tall and short, saplings with string above them so they don’t grow.

Hopefully this all helps!
