fishing is where you find all missing chest items. Can't find those water walking boots? Fish ocean crates. No aglets somehow (happened to me once)? Fish for wood crates!
For me investing time in fishing is a little niche that not a lot of people give credit, It sometimes is a relaxing little time for slowing down and get treasure not available in the chests and sometimes more efficient that searching the world for It. But i really think the angler should get a Buff to Its rewards, especially in early quests
