/tick freeze, no ticks will kill you, and set you're render and simulation distance to the lowest so when you do this the ticks won't update the block before it freezes so it can't do anything. At least I think😊
Using the mod axiom, as long as the cmd block is visible or you can make it visible by using the infinite reach part of axiom + the bulldozer part

Turn off command blocks and try a gamerule that turns commands off
Just turn command block gamerule off, break it and re-enable it

Set ur spawnpoint with a bed everytime u get more far away
Go to one of those chunk editor programs with a map viewer, find where the command block is, and then delete the chunk so when you come back in the chunk regenerates without the command block.
There is a gamrule that disables command blocks. Turn it off and break it
