I found a ocean sinkhole which has lots of smaller underwater caves and if you go below enough you can find a Big Cave too which goes as low as -52.
it's at -9152, 79, -678(quite far ik but it's good) Seed is 3981586441125747314 this is a bedrock seed (specifically mcpe beta so it'll work in bedrock)
