Every house is okay. I personally see it as an art form. You dont draw the most beautiful pictures during your first trials, whats important is that you find an inspiration, a vision and a way to bring it to live. The house has a very nice detailing, you switch blocks a lot and work with a lot of different textures as well. It is neither too one- nor two-dimensional. I personally think you did really good and you can definitely continue from here. Constructive feedback: make a layer of one or two blocks of different gras, podzol or other blocks around the house, maybe add a tree or something, to make it integrate into the landscape a bit nice. Experimenting with a garden is always very nice and entirely different from building interior or exterior

If you mean this is your very first time building? it’s a very strong start.
Everyone’s style is different so if you want do some research, to find some genre you like, or you can create your own.
From what i see here you have a blend of styles uniquely your very own!

It took me like 3 years to build that good. Lol. My first attempt was a big oak barn, like everything was oak. Usually I see people evolve slowly, add striped logs, logs, trapdoors and stuff as they progress. If you can jump right in at this level you’re going to go far. Best of luck!

it’s all right. Keep trying out as much new stuff as you can! It also helps to try and do as much little projects as possible, since you can experiment with different styles, techniques, etc. (the scale of your build now is perfect for this). Watching youtube, redit, and just real life for inspiration is also a great way to improve your skills. Keep going and you’ll make insane progress in no-time! It’s really not that difficult to make something cool nowadays!
If you think you’re ready, you could also experiment with axiom, worldedit, etc for bigger projects, but i reccomend starting off with smaller projects. It’s also cool to keep all of your builds in the same world, to see the progress you made over time 🙂
