I think some leaves and oak fences might look good

before textures, I’d probably start with detailing. things like adding wells or small gardens and such. It rly helps break up the grey of the cobblestone. things like vines and leaves on the sides of buildings can help too, rly anything that adds some life to the place.
the number one goal with urban builds is to give them a “lived in” feel to them, so focus on adding things that the citizens would use and interact with, as well as any plant growth that would naturally happen over time.
then you can shift to texturing. I would start by adding texture to the second floors, daub has a tendency to peel off over a long period of time, so adding spots where the material underneath shows is a great way to add texture and age. another way is to have spots that are discolored, to show sun bleaching in spots.

Barrels around town, banners or signs hung over doorways, maybe some flags made with wool on top of houses, but your foundation is really good. Incorporate some gravel or dirt around entryways to resemble a worn down look, but look forward to an update!
