What could be causing the lag?

I think the tps spikes are due to path finding from either attract to sound or enhanced ai mass path finding i will check that but the fps drops i cant understand because the most visual heavy thing is the wither storm and it didnt cause any problems till now

Also if you guys could critique my mod list and warn me of some simple mistakes i have made id apreciate it

It started happening then i got a skeleton running jumpscare like 2 secs later so im thinknig that getting triggered might have caused it but idk ill test
