tiny luck buff for holding it or a tiny luck debuff if you shimmer it.
luck is generally very good for farming common drops like most notably chunks/vertebrae, and the Ice feather. The inventory gets quite cluttered though so I’d generally just sell it unless you’re like, Farming mandibles for a Sandgun pre-boss.

i got it in the luckiest and funniest way, i were trying to find it by sickling grass for a few ingame days, couldn’t find so i gave up. right after i stopped storm appeared and lightning hit a tree and small fire projectiles hit patches of grass which dropped it
