I don't think it's related to killing Scouts. I was just AFK in the forest near the sea and waited until they spawned. I killed 60-70 Scouts, but now I have both of them, Foxparks and Cattiva. I was lucky they didn't spawn duplicates. 🎉

A good chunk of the theories is that the event replaces a goblin scout spawn or happens randomly
isnt this event random? just happens after goblin army?
Got the fox thing after 18 scouts so I doesnt appear to be every 50
Edit: got another one to spawn a minute later later right after this first one

can you stack foxsparks since its a summon?
I got the pink dragon mount, and it is so strong. Made legendary Eye of Cthulhu so much easier pre shield
So for anyone wondering, the wiki says it will spawn on the outer 1/4s of the map on grass, jungle grass, and snow. So very similar to the goblins, but not reliant on the goblins. Killing the goblins just frees up spawns.
EDIT: I have also seen it's post goblin invasion!
i think its just random. i killed 2 goblin scouts and got the event, and it was cotiva. my brother killed like 10 before he got cotiva, and after another 12, got fox sparks. so pretty much thinking its just luck at this point
Did you kill any bosses on this world?
If you want to get easily,just afk at Living tree,I got foxspark at there while afk u under 30 minutes
ive killed 100 and gotten none
