unless this has just been changed, it's worth noting that the goblin tinkerer doesn't always stop on the best reforge. for example, "Ballistic" on the blade staff is the best in practice, but "Eager" is more expensive so it's considered the best. of course, there's also "Light" on pickaxes but that's more general nuance.
