For chaotic good I’d put the untamed cat or the ocelot because of how chaotically they are moving when you get near them. As for the enderman I would most definitely NOT put them in the lawful alignment. If I don’t sleep for some nights when I am building underground, they will have shuffled the entire surface of my world and will never despawn because they are holding blocks when the chunks are not loaded
