Both! Build a villager set up for enchanted books using farmers as a base for millions of emeralds. You’ll need leather for the librarians, so make a cow farm.. get fire aspect from the librarians and you are cooking!

just make a hoglin farm to get pork or get a looting sword and just kill animals. gold carrots are way too expensive even when trading and theres better stuff to use emeralds and gold on
