Mod changing shaders based on dimension?

I want to make the overworld desaturated, grey, lifeless, the nether dark but colorful, and the aether bright and highly saturated

I only found dimensions specific settings for the vanilla dimensions

There's https://modrinth.com/mod/dimension-based-shaders, but that mod is for 1.21, and I'm using 1.20.1 (Forge)
