That's not an animation, that's the lead reacting to your hitbox change. When you crouch, you play a crouching animation with your screen, but your hitbox changes immidiateley. This isn't even an issue animation-wise. This involves coding. If you want to fix it, you'd have to get your screen to immidiateley get to crouching position instead of slowly going down, and that's not easy
