the new farm type layout could be desert farm just for adaptation for Sandy life style in addition to marrying her.

Clint needed the rework and option to marry. He did everything and by that, I mean dragging the player character, to try to build up the courage to ask Emily out. He fails and even gives up once your relationship gets to 8-Hearts with Emily. I believe you still checking up on him and having him understand that maybe the person you were looking for was always right beside you. it has a lot of wonderful story protentional! I am looking forward to it!
Sandy has always been someone I thought should have been a candite. Lovely person, fun, enjoys flowers, and WANTS to see the valley! To see the valley and then maybe the wolrd!
I suspect Chocolatier is still a ways off.
