I decided to create a two-stage rubber automation. As a result the first craft's products end up in the CPU and don't exit the ME network, and the rubber can't exit the pattern provider, even though I installed a filter on the storage bus. What am I doing wrong? (I don't have liquid storage cells yet.)

You might want to have either liquid cells, or some tanks or similar attached to your storage system. Things don’t get placed in buckets automatically.
Is the storage bus facing the output side of the tank? I think it can’t input on the output side…
