Having troubles understanding the aqueous accumulator mechanics.
I am in early game of Star Technologies.
I made aqueous accumulator hoping to fill water automatically to my barrels and fluid tanks but it does not seem to work. Does accumulator even output water by itself? It seems to require a spinning Create pump to transfer water to anything.
It is advertised in tech tree as an infinite water source as if minecraft did not already have an infinite water source mechanic.
What am I missing?

I struggled with the exact same thing, yes you need to extract the water, but if you can make it you should be able to make Pipez water pipes and a wrench to do that
accumulator does not have auto output, it’s still better than vanilla because most mods don’t interact with water sources at all and the ones are do are fundamentally limited to the speed of 1 bucket per 10 ticks as that is the speed that water propagates, while accumulator generates more at base and can be further upgraded if you need more
