  1. i just got into terraria a few months back and i already beat the game twice. everyone who recommended me the game usually focuses on boss progression.

  2. The only reason I go as fast as I can is because I don’t want my world to be taken over by the corruption/crimson, and cleansing the world is way too hard for me to want to do on a casual run.

  3. No. I've been playing this game since I was 10 years old and this is how I like to play it now adays. Who are you to tell me how to play my favorite game?

  4. I constantly feel pressured to keep making progress in the game, that's why I don't build. I'm much more of a "function over form" person – if it doesn't do what I need it to do, I don't care how it looks. I can have the most amazing phone case with a design everyone loves, but it's useless to me if my phone can't even power on. So with the evil biome spreading, even as slowly as it goes in pre-hardmode, I'm in a rush to get to a point where I can stop it. Anything that isn't tangible progress just feel like time being wasted.

And I WANT to build – but I want a way to do it in-game where I just have a blank canvas to do whatever I want. No bossfights, no progression, no downloading external tools. Just me and the world I make from the ground up.
