Ever since I played Dragon Quest IX as a kid, I was astonished by the architecture of the observatory. As both a fan of Minecraft and Dragon Quest I eventually finished creating my own temple inspired by said building with creative freedom in the interior. I hope you enjoy it, as we all share the same passion for building here.
I even created a cinematic timelapse that showcases the map more dynamic than the screenshots do.

Map features:
- a fully detailed map, a 3D interpretation inspired by the 2D Dragon Quest 9 art picture
- full exterior: massive pillars, hundreds of arches forming the huge sanctuary, outdoor walkways
- part of the interior: ornamented floor & ceiling, staircases and space for elevator shafts inteconnecting more than 20 floors
- plenty of room for you to explore and build upon
- 250 blocks in height, base area of 11 by 11 chunks
