Try adding another delay tick to the repeater up top? Total shot in the dark on my end

It’s not built right, instead of having all that extra Redstone and blocks what you can do is have these two middle top blocks on top of your pistons extended out as if it’s making the C and then add two repeaters on either one or two ticks and then run Redstone for the rest of that C shape and then it should work
