the Crystal Assassin armor set carried me through early hardmode I was playing mage and would die to every second hit 😠so it's amazing if you're lacking in that department
If we're going off of full sets and the bonus you get from them, I think Meteor Armor needs its flowers. 0 Mana on any weapon is worth the price of admission alone, but Meteor's DPS is better than Jungle's and the Space Gun is a great "Oh no I'm out of mana" weapon to have on hand.
I'd also like to give some love to the Beetle Shell set since its easily the best defense tank setup in the game
