Both of these are bad , first one the tnts will blow your ores along with stones and other blocks and silverfish is also bad because their speed is too slow for breaking blocks ( I have tried it myself) and it’s also inconsistent.
The best way to mine is to just make a bunch of pickaxe and do strip mine

Oh, cool, but how I can lure silverfishes to destined location in survival mode? I guess, it will take much longer than just digging with pickaxe.
