Poppyseed muffins! I’m not much of a cook or baker, but this was super fun to make and I’m excited to keep exploring. I was also planning to make the ginger ale, but the grocery store was out of ginger so I’ll have to save that one for later.
Any recommendations for beginners? The cheesy cauliflower looks sooo tasty

Those are beautiful! About the ginger. Buy a small root of it in the produce section. Grate it yourself. The ginger taste will be SO much better! Then, let us all know what time you’d like us to come over for homemade poppyseed muffins and ginger ale. 😊

The cookbook recipes are actually pretty hard or have odd ingredients not available near me (Ireland).
I would recommend the cookies tho! They are a really tasty
