The first glich is, if you hover an item over the armor icon, and than go back to the chest inventory, it will visibly there, but when you walk away or close the chest and open it again, the item will be gone.
The other item glitch/bug is way to risky for me to do, because it WILL delete items in all the chests nerby, and it's the new mechanic, the 'similar stack to nerby chests' thingy, it will do what it says it will do, and it does such a great job at it that it will DELETE items just so it can have space to put the items in the chests.
This was very annoying, because I was wondering where my items were, but no, the problem wasn't that they weren't sorted, the problem is that they got sorted.
Please fix these bugs, terraria devs.

Happened to me yesterday on mobile 🥲 my stardust helmet is gone…
I reported it in 1.4.4 and it still hasn’t been patched. It happens on console versions too
