I hate this quest, I got it with ginger and couldn’t finish it because ginger just doesn’t spawn quickly enough!

This quest is why I usually focus on pineapples for Ginger Island. By the time I get this quest, I’ll have enough planted that I can get through it relatively easily. Trying to complete it via ginger or taro can easily lead to frustration.

This is why I always plant some extra. Never know what could go wrong lol. Epecially these since you don’t make it a 10×10 square. But you have to place it near water.

One time, I mindlessly collected 100 Taro roots seeds before knowing the request existed and that’s kinda how I cleared the request lol
(Maybe using treasure totem at the ginger island can make you find more taro roots :3 that’s how I cleared with Gunther’s bones request, cause it didn’t spawn enough bones at the island or when I killed other monsters)
