Is YOYOS Only Possible in Terraria 1.4.5

Terraria 1.4.5 is here and with a lot of new additions for the summoner class and not only, it’s pretty easy to forget about one specific subclass, that, guess what? It also got some love, but not everyone talks about it.

Well, I am here to talk about the yoyos and how a single accessory changed the play style and the entire difficulty of the subclass. The Magic String is a post-mechanical boss accessory and it basically transforms yoyos into throwable weapons. This is great, especially for moments when you want to keep a certain distance from the enemies.

Not only that, but I also wanted to redo the “yoyos only” run, and it turned out to be really fun!

For this video, I decided to work on the editing more properly, adding smooth transitions, animated text and visual elements, and showcasing almost everything new. From now on, this will be the editing format, which might get even better as the time passes.

I am not sure what the next run will be, but we will eventually find out. I am also willing to start creating content videos, and not gameplay only, videos like class loadout guides, all bosses vs a specific weapon, tips and tricks, maybe speedruns or manhunts… and eventually going back to calamity when the right time comes.
