IF I can make a suggestion you should make the boss more monstrous. Right now it just looks like a normal dead lungs.
Maybe add the intestinal tract to conect all the organs and act as a tail, giving the whole thing a dragon-like shape. Every part of chutulu has a animal-like shape. Plus I whould add a bunch more wierd stuff. Maybe extra mouth or more eyes.

Cool sprite work, ngl. Could even become a mod st that point..
Though, if I to criticize anything, I kinda wish weapon/accesories selections could’ve been a bit more unique instead of just kinda mirroring what other evils have as loot from things like orbs/hearts/mimics etc..
