Recently, I found myself facing this issue. I built the whole project in creative and porting it into my world with forgematica, then instead of building it I just pasted the schematic, gathered all the necessary materials it would have taken to build it and threw them in lava.
I’d never felt so hollow in all my years playing this game

My favourite is when I need to count say 23 blocks out on one side while building something like a farm, and when finishing up the farm, I realise i only counted 22 blocks out and the I have to spend 20 minutes fixing it.

you have no idea how it is to build a lego set just t realize that halfway through u made a mistake so u have to deconstruct half of it. this is worse than in minecraft

Don’t remember much but many years ago, I was building a tree house taking guide from youtube. There will the video still available (I think), I thought from 1 video, i will create same but it was in parts. After making for 3 days(6hr a day or something), I missed one part (T-T that was leaves of the tree house of particular floor) so I watched complete video and matched everything just to make it exactly same as the video (every single leaf). Good memories
