It happens sometimes that iridium quality stuff sells more or similar to normal processed ones.
I recommend getting the foraging upgrade that makes any foragable good iridium quality so that truffles from pigs are always iridium. They sell for close to the same as truffle oil and you won’t need time nor resource investment to it!

Only because you have rancher. If you had artisan instead the cheese is definitely worth more.
That’s due to your Profession choices at lv5 Farming. You chose Rancher at Lv5. If you had chosen Tiller at lv5 and Artisan at lv10, you’d see a biiiggg difference in price.
To be honest, I think it’s TOO META to go Tiller+Artisan in this game. It’s just SO MUCH MORE PROFIT, it’s friggin ridiculous.
