you could also sit in honey and have a heart statue (altho I guess the statue is healing and not regen)
And make it under honey. Its give a regen buff too
You don't need the stinger necklace or standing in honey, if you carry bottles of honey and use it with the buff key you will consume 1 and get the buff without the potion effect and the cooldown. Very few people know this.

I didnt know that sitting increased your life regen
You forgot the honey and bast status, won't give you regen but defence, and since you are already using warding I think it's fair
doesn't chippys couch give more life regen?
hook up a heart statue on a timer to get yourself extra free hp as well, since we're going all out. honey helps as well

Doesn't Dryad's attack also grant regen to players around it? (Plus armor)

Also if you sleep in a bed it helps but idk how well thatd work during boss fights
Man I can't wait to use this strategy against daytime empress of light, it'll be so easy with this much regeneration!

Life fruit can also be shimmered for another character buff item that gives I think 4 defence

Minimum setup needed to beat King Slime on Zenith Legendary.
Taking no damage from moonlord, 100% in classic mode, face tanking moonlord with regen does not work on master, maybe expert but not 100% sure
