Based on the method used to spawn the boss and how easy it is to access at the point of the game, Lunatic Cultist and Skeletron have pretty much the same summoning method but Skeletron is ranked lower because it's harder to travel to the dungeon at the time you fight him.

I would put the mechs lower
For me the worst one was fishron because i couldn’t find the magic conch. But also plantera and golem were pain
