Here's the deal.
All 3 seeds spawn at village with 4 blacksmith.
All 3 seeds have stronghold directly beneath.
All 3 seeds have ruined portal at spawn village.
Here's the kicker.
Lighting the ruined portals and entering the nether in either seed will bring you identical spots. Load any of these 3 seeds in creative. Light the ruined portal at spawn village, go to spectator and drop down to the coords in the photo (on either of the 3 seeds above) and you'll see that everything is identical. Fortress ending next to bastion. Another kicker, the spawn village in all 3 seeds has the same layout but are bordered by different biomes. Is this normal?!?!?!?!

There are 2 to the 64th power, or over 18.4 quintillion, possible seeds. There are going to be many, many sets of seeds that share certain characteristics at spawn, or at any other arbitrary set of coordinates.
The unique bit about your situation isn’t so much that there are three seeds with these same features, but that you were fortunate enough to find them. That said, if one knew the formulas behind the world generation, and there are many that do, one could find a seed with almost any combination of features, and then another almost exactly like it.
TL;DR – it’s Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, but on a WAY bigger scale.
