Minecraft freezes and jitters randomly

I’m aware not allocating enough ram or too much can cause freezes but I’ve never seen anything like this, I was playing just fine and then randomly this happened and now no matter how many times I restart the world it keeps happening. Can’t move or look around. Hard to tell but the flames in the background are also jittering not just the HUD. I can interact with the menu when I click escape and the cursor pops up but I can’t see anything. Not sure what the issue is. I assume a mod is interacting negatively but idk how to figure that out. Any video or Reddit I look up they have freezing issues but they are not like mine theirs are more periodic freezes. My pc has 32GB of ram, drivers are up to date, playing on 64 bit Java if that matters
