Ball Lightning(Yoyo)—dropped by thunderheads, a miniboss which is a harder version of nimbuses. It does not collide with enemies, and instead phases through them, rapidly dealing damage.
Circular Saw—Yoyo crafted from hallowed bars(I’m not really sure), has insane armor penetration and creates sparks
“I came, I saw, I conquered”
Razor Wire: Accessory that makes all Yoyo strings deal contact damage and inflict bleed.
Also:
NOT included is the Bouncy Yoyo, which is obtained by throwing white string onto a Pinky slime, which will turn it into the bouncy Yoyo which bounces off enemies and blocks very very rapidly.

This is peak I want better yoyo gameplay
ok but a beartrap yoyo….. its only good with the new yoyo bag where you can throw them or in multiplayer as it latches on and slows the target if they move it hurts em a bit.
ball lightning phasing through enemies instead of colliding is such a clean idea. yoyo subclass deserves more love than it gets tbh
I’ve always liked the idea of a clock Yoyo. Maybe it would give enemies the slow debuff?
“Walking the Dog”
New yoyo with a fixed straight string like one of those stiff “invisible dog” leashes.
Still acts like a yoyo, but it pops into existence a set distance away and maintains that radius.
This means it pops up beyond walls.
