I’ve been going for perfection and after finally getting the last recipe (stupid Gus), I completed it but didn’t get the achievement.
The tracker in the walnut room says 99% but I manually checked every recipe and they all at least say “cooked 1 time” so I was a bit lost.
I ran my save file through Stardew Checkup which said I’ve cooked 81 vanilla recipes and discovered 80 of them. So is there a recipe I’m missing which I have somehow already cooked?

let me guess — multiplayer farm? 😅 if another player knows a recipe, you can physically cook it at the stove, but the game won’t count YOU as knowing it for the perfection tracker. time to cross-reference the wiki and figure out which Queen of Sauce rerun you missed. (also 72 modded recipes is wild, Gordon Ramsay would be proud)
Try buying the Queen of Sauce Cookbook from the Bookseller and reading it. If that 81st recipe is a QoS recipe, that should do it.
If that doesn’t work: Make sure you befriend everyone and read all your mail. Make sure all your skills are maxed. Make sure you’ve bought ginger ale from the Dwarf, banana pudding from the Island Trader, and Tropical Curry from Gus at the Island Resort.
