I started Redstone today, more specifically logical redstone because I'm very interested in logic gates and stuff like that. I'm finding it very fun.
I have made a 3-bit Full Adder.
I know there are way more compact ways to do it, but I have tried to make it myself, and I'm very proud of it.
I have made two designs, or they are the same, but one is more compact than the other.
The one in the first image is the newer one and is more compact. It is 29 by 29 blocks at its widest points, and I have coloured it based on the logic gates and inputs.
Input A is Lime
Input B is Blue
XOR is Yellow
AND is Brown
Carry is Purple
The one in the second image is a few hours older and is 34 by 35 blocks at its widest points. I made the newer one because I saw that there were many unnecessary gaps and that I could get the lamps closer if I went below the ground.
I know they are both kinda slow because of the repeaters, but speed isn't really what I'm going for right know, and it does do it in about a second, which is actually pretty good.
I have watched Mattbatt's Logical Redstone Reloaded and have based my designs of some diagrams of logic gate Full Adders (not in Minecraft) and tweaked them a bit.
I'm playing on Bedrock btw.
