I chose a seed with my birthdate and my parents' birthdates, which I arranged chronologically.
The spawn point is in a plain at layer 150, surrounded by mountain peaks.
The rock is full of coal, iron, and even emerald ores (I found about ten!).
The scenery is magnificent.
At the highest mountain peak, there's a natural cave that I've adapted to make my base (it's the cave that's shining in the photos). I love Minecraft.
