
Trader Karma is a new mod that does one extremely simple thing. When you kill the Wandering Trader, he won't come back for a while. It simply cancels his next visit to the player that killed him.
If your modpack has given players some kind of incentive to kill this fella, this mod will make the proposition more of a risk/reward than a no-brainer.
In future updates this will become a Don't Starve style Naughtiness Points system in which you lose a point each time he spawns and gain 2 each time you kill him. Price markups would come first, then trip skips and eventually after angering him enough, in his place would spawn a Wandering Golem; basically just an Iron Golem with a Wandering Trader-colored rug draped over it's shoulders. It attacks you on sight and you lose a bunch of points when you defeat it, essentially resetting your relationship with the Trader. Reaching the maximum negative value by having him spawn many times without hurting him would perhaps incur a discount.

I really like the planned features. And getting the most important part out first seems like a great way to handle mod development. Scope-creep seems like a major mod-killer
