What are you ranking these on exactly? If it’s usefulness, the shulker should be higher. If it’s cuteness, the bosses should be lower, if it’s the ai of the mobs, the rabbit should be lower. If it’s everything, the breeze, shulker, and strider should be higher.

I don’t think this person knows exactly how mob usefulness works.
Part of a mobs identity is how useful the item it drops is, not just how it functions as an actual mob.
Shulkers drop shulker shells, which are used to craft a shulker box, one of the best items in the game.
While yes, Phantoms are terrible, they drop membrane, which can be used to fix elytra.
Zombie villagers are great because they can be cured for better trade deals.
Ocean mobs make the environment less empty, even if they’re not anything special.
Don’t take mobs at surface value. All of them do something for the game, even if it’s their drops or a special mechanic
