All Biomes Coastline with Mushroom Island Base

Another all biomes seed for Reddit's discernment.

This one has all biomes within 3,000 blocks and "All Minus" Structures in under 3000 blocks. (Jungle Temple is 3500 blocks, so not too bad. But Woodland Mansion is 6500 blocks)

The best part of this seed is, of course, that you spawn right across the water from a nice, big mushroom island. Makes a great place to start your base while exploring the diverse and comprehensive biomes along the coastline.
