My terraria Ocean/beach builds

I originally built the blue slime thing as a prison for for the Angler but it actually turned out kind of nice so I'm pissed at how smug he is. Look at him just sitting there.

Also for my first time building a light house in Terraria, i think it came out pretty good. I hate the top though, major eye of sauron vibes lmao.

Let me know what i can do to improve the builds. I'm particularly interested in how to make the ocean look less boring (hence the kelp) but idk what else to do. How do i get fish to spawn and stay?
