  1. I know it might be too late for this, but an idea I had for the Aether pylon would be essentially be some kind of spirit world, with some Chinese/Japanese style buildings and shrines with mysterious and magical plants and animals.
    I also think it would be cool to use the ponds of shimmer to 'transition' between different spiritual planes (i.e the other builds and areas)

  2. i'm a huge fan of the American deserts, and I find that in games like Minecraft and Terraria they get very little representation in terms of both the in-game deserts and people's custom builds of them. i'd love to see you take a crack at some sort of Mojave or Sonoran-inspired desert build, maybe with some custom joshua trees! i've done a decent amount of experimenting around with block combinations to get an accurate representation, but i'd be stoked to see an experienced builder like you give it a try.
