I noticed (purely by accident) that I could harvest Summer Spangle Honey on the first of Fall. All I had to do was knock the Bee Houses loose using the pickaxe and for some reason the honeys that came out were Summer Spangle despite the fact that I harvested the Spangle yesterday and they’re also clearly not in season. Is this a known phenomenon?

You can have bee hives?!??! How am I just learning this
Definitely strange Beehaviour going on here, maybe beecause when ‘destroying’ a Bee House it defaults back to their last registered saved Honey but when Harvesting them directly the game calculates the type in real time?
