Like do conveyor belt slimes not spawn on conveyor belts on top stone?
Or is this like the Possesd weapon/Elemental thing where you have to be moving for conveyor belt slime to spawn?

Are you on the cavern layer? Are you using a remix seed (if so, then it would be to be in the underground level instead of caverns)

They tend to be fairly rare spawns on normal worlds. Just have to get lucky. On the plus side, each time one appears, you can integrate them into your farm every other block and make it that much more efficient.

Based on the outer edges of your map, you’re not on a skyblock world. Conveyer slimes are one of the variants that are tied to the skyblock ruleset, meaning the world must be <10% filled with tiles for them to spawn.
The wiki puts them in the “special slimes” category that only says “*some* of them can only be spawned in worlds with the skyblock seed” and doesn’t clarify which ones can spawn otherwise. But these can in fact only spawn on a skyblock seed.

Try using battle potions and water candles, they’ll boost spawn rates. Otherwise it’s RNG grind time dude.
