This was the first time that I tried to use blocks more as 'pixels' rather that being as accurate and realistic as possible. I like how it turned out, but I also feel like there's something missing. If you guys have ideas, I would love to know.

    Love the unique shape of it! Personally I’d throw in some wood logs somewhere or even maybe some deepslate or Blackstone as to my eye it might be missing a bit of contrast. Up to you though!

    Way too monotone color wise. You need to find way to integrate other colors into detail elements. The shape itself is good. I’d also say it might be good to try and transition it into the water in a smoother way, it’s quite sharp

    Add some boulders around the castle in the water to blend the castle in a bit more. Als use darker blocks like deep slate and black stone and tuff at the bottom of the walls that are touching the water as it helps it look weathered.

  4. Place an earthen foundation around it, rocks, boulders, soil, or a retaining wall, anything to ground it.
