I miss clicked when I pressed enter and don't know how to fix it if I can, I tried restarting the day and that didn't work, I don't want to turn my kids into doves and redo it either

In-game: no.
You could use a save editor, but the game can bug out when you change names of NPCs. Risky IMO.
