yeah lewis is a sneaky man, but hes chill like that. he gives a big nod for getting everything good
I say Lewis is worse. Morris is clearly evil, but he has a reason for it by the end of the day. He doesn’t care about anyone in the town. This is just business for him. In comparison, this is a large portion of Mayor Lewis’s life, and he still doesn’t care about people!
You forget Lewis' most important redeeming feature: the fact that he lugs and sells off the thousands of things we dump in the shipping bin with no complaint, at least part of which we know goes to Pierre's store.
