Sharing my final gift to my sister

This is a spot on my very first stardew farm. I made a cute little seating area for me and my identical twin on ginger island in the middle of my star fruit field. When I found out how the game worked, I knew I had to create a spot just for us, since we always find our ‘spots’ in real life places.

I went back to visit my first farm to add this plaque. She passed from cancer before I got to share this spot with her. I have memories of us starting to play stardew together, and of being so excited to surprise her with this spot and show her this farm. We always joked because she’s terrrible at gaming, but it was one of our fav things to do together. A lot of times she would just watch me play. XD We were best friends and soul sisters in every way possible. I’m happy to still have this save and wanted to share my story surrounding it. Stardew has helped me cope so much and I love the community I’ve found. Enjoy this spot for sisters. <3

    Thank you for sharing. My mom passed away from cancer this past November, so last night I decided to make a character in her honor. My mom loved chickens and had so many in her home as decorations. My brothers and I always joked with her that she loves big cocks. Stardew has really helped me push away the sad and negative thoughts. I am sorry for your loss 💕
