at this point id item id it… buy a chicken, name it the item id for the green scroll and move on 😭 but if you didnt know, the scrolls come from like the sandy parts in the mines so you could also bomb those a lot. otherwise id give up lollololllol

I feel the game just knows when you need something and screws you over. Last playthrough, the last thing I needed was the Scapula and had a million skeletal hands. This playthrough, I have a million scapulas and just need the hand. Kind of infuriating.

Get the burglars ring (killing 500 dust sprites and talking to gil) and then use monster musk and go crazy killing enemies that can drop it 🙂

Anyway, have you tried hoeing the dirt patches in the mines aside from killing monsters? I found most of my scrolls that way.

At this point it’s getting impressive. You got all iridium tools, reached ginger island, and in the end of year 3. I heard you’re trying every possibility in your free time, so it’s not even that you’re trying in the wrong places. And the best part: your farm name is green 😭😭

My first plsy through I found a lot of the stuff by year 2. I had a dino hatched abd laying eggs and an ostrich incubating. This play through im on year 4 and still haven’t found a dino egg or gotten to floor 100 of skull cavern.

What I recommend is repeatd3ly doing floors 20 through 29 and tilling all tillage to dirt. That’s how I got mine really fast

It’s always the fucking dwarf scrolls, man!! I actually shrieked when i managed to get them all my first winter on a recent playthrough — when my almost perfection save is still missing one of the fuckin scrolls

Just keep fighting the dust mites, they stay dropping scrolls.
that’s good and all.. how’s the total earrings only 1.7mil even after 3 years..? even as a new player I feel after the 2nd year you’d pretty much have a staple income source with either Wine or Jam/Pickle, then again hope ya find your scroll, I recommend eating 1 lucky lunch and Monster musk with coal buff (if you can have Dwarf statue) and go coal farming in floor 55 and you’ll eventually get a scroll and also get around 100-200 coal per day

I am always so confused by the posts about the scrolls. I got all of them by end of year one on this playthrough. I usually do get them pretty fast. I didn’t know they were so hard to get until very recently!! I get them all so often I just throw them away
