Going to skull caverns without at least enough food to feed a family for a week (theese slimes sre dense and hit with the force of a bomb and jump every fucking second)
On my first run, I didn’t put anything in the community center until winter and generally just barely did anything. Safe to say I tried more in my subsequent playthroughs
going to the skull cavern or the mine in ginger island on the afternoon without any farm totem – time goes by really quick in there, idk why
Just fyi, there are no penalties for passing out anywhere in your house. You’ll have less energy recovery the next morning, but thats it. Feel free to pass out right inside your door if you want, you won’t be fined.

I wanted to see if it was possible to go back to sleep immediately after waking up. I forgot the game auto saves when you sleep, so I wasted an entire day trying that lol
Doing the >!Qi fruit challenge!< took so much planning and stress (probably unnecessarily 😂). Glad I did it once successfully. Never again.
Mistook my shipping bin for a storage bin in my first save because I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize my mistake until I started a new save.
On my multiplayer game with my friend, he likes to fuck around and destroy crops before we exit out bc it doesn’t save. It stresses me out but he finds it funny. Well one day I said “fuck it” and ran around with him, destroying almost every single crop we had and doing stupid shit. He climbed in his bed and I thought “wouldn’t it be funny to climb in his bed with him?” ….I didn’t know it would save even if you slept in someone else’s bed. 🤦♀️ I was mortified, devastated, and traumatized. Thankfully it was winter so we only destroyed a bunch of powder melons or I would have been inconsolable. It took me over a year before I could finally laugh about it all.
I bought an overpriced Starfruit from Pierre at my first Luau, because I thought I would need it for a time-sensitive quest. Then, I unlocked the bus to the desert long before I got the quest from Kent.
